Hmmm...interesting. Maybe this is the reason for the talks about a "delay"?

If this is the case for the Diamond, I wonder if the price will change on the Touch Pro! If so, and the total for that phone will be around $300 after all the rebates, I'll be VERY happy. Then again, I'm not sure how my discounts work through my corporate 3rd party rep.

I will have to second that. If anyone looks in the Manager's Playbook, it says to not display the price tags and information tags as they have not set the launch date. Last week's Playbook states that it was to be released Sept 2nd, but the new Playbook has no mention of it, except in the Manager's Playbook. It has been delayed from what I see, I'm not sure why everyone is thinking it will be released Sept. 2, I hope that I am wrong but only time will tell.

its funny, that picture of the diamond looks more like the gsm version then the cdma ver. :scratch:

Still trying to figure out what bluefish is. Never heard of it before.

Yeah...I did a short search on google after that link was posted. From what I gathered, it seems like a corporate partner that handles certain levels of support accross the board. Maybe they've partnered with them for the PPC phones?

I have read these forums for a while, but am just getting around to posting. I just wanted to let you guys know, it is delayed. I talked to someone (in the know) in Sales and Distribution, and it is pushed back till the very end of September. Sorry, wish it wasnt true, cause i want it too, but thats the way it is.
