Diamond Release Speculation Thread

ok, so maybe i can clear up controversy on the release date...

Sprint will be releasing the phone on september 2nd... word from my manager friend... They closed all stores down today nationally to train on certain phones... not the diamond tho...

from my other sprint buddy, sprint usually recieves their shipment 3-5 days before the launch date, hence aug 28th...

Now, if you know someone at sprint like i do....

If they scan the phone and a price comes up in the system before the launch date, technically they can hook u up and sell it to ya... which i will hopefully be doin

that is all for now

EDIT: now selling it to us is not exactly legal before release, but its been done alot by the employees.

Well, personally I will be there on the 28 and maybe frt with the female employees and maybe get one that day. Wish me luck cuz I am one fugly effer.

it all comes down to when they scan it... if a price pops up then yes, we technically can get it... but if it says 0.00, then no...

Don't count on the Diamond until August 28, 2008. Best Buy stores probaly won't get it until after that. BestBuy online should have it on the 28th.

Or...if the August 28 release is accurate, then maybe the October 2 (projected release date) for the Touch Pro is just as accurate?

Great! At least the moronics CS over are Sprint know a date. Usually they are the last to know. We online users know it before they do.
