Hey, I emailed Sprint this morning to see if Sep 2nd is still the release. I just got replied like 40 minutes ago and they said Sep 2nd is still the anned release date. Looks like we might get lucky.

I think thats what the internal Sprint Spet 2nd date means, i.e. employees will be getting test models or training models on the 2nd. We lowly consumers will need to wait till the 14th. Still plan on getting one the moment it is released. I recall with the Mogul that I needed to call Corporate purchasing to get one earlier than when they appeared in the stores.

IMO reason why Sprint doesn't advertise phones like this, is because they sell themselves, and advertising costs TONS of $$$.
