Dude, where have you been, the Diamond is known not to have a Micro SD slot. It comes with 4gb of internal memory. The Touch Pro will have the Micro SD slot.

From the leaked slides from the Sprint device launch presentations floating around on the Internet hint that "something" is going to happen September 2, 2008. Now sure what, but I have strong feeling we're going to learn much more after that date.

what the... is this forreal? maybe their just announcing the actual release date on September 2. i also agree with you, we will learn much more on the 2nd.

All those phones were scheduled to launch on 9/2. All of them still are except for the Diamond.

Well, It most likely has this in there for 1x, becase when you are activly transfering data on 1x with any sprint phone, you can't get calls. So on EV, I bet it still will receive calls, just like on my mogul.

It will recieve calls, but the data transmission stops unless you are a wi-fi connection.
