Please help m : I have sprint htc touch diamond wcdma with update:

Radio version- 1.08.A3U
The problem: the ringtone and the sound in the media plyer v10.3 don’t work.
When I press the volume key the screen appear without words { TONE-SYSTEM} in the upper corner of the screen
How can do to fix this problem, please?
