6.5.x Start Menu

I'm not even sure this is the right thread...maybe it goes somewhere in the WM threads. I'm looking for something that changes the honeycomb structure in the start menu from offset to icons lining up. I found one thread that showed how to make them list with touch friendly icons instead of the old WM6 start menu but that wasn't for VGA anyway. I've searched off and on for a few days now....can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks.
