Cant make a hard reset !

Hi ! Im using Hspl unlocked sprint diamond and cant make a hard reset on it ! Im holding vol down + enter and pressing reset button and nothing happens, it just vibrates a lil and starts to boot as usual. Vol buttons was fully functional before it stucks. Bootloader screen power+vol down button + reset works normally.

Any suggestions ?
