is there a way to extract a program cab form a rom?

I've been looking for a good ROM that leaves me with a lot of free space, and has the rss hub, that's the only requirements I've been looking for, out of all of the great ROMS I have tried none have the combo. most that have a ton of free space, have the rss hub ripped out. and any rss hub cab I install doesn't finger scroll with win 6.5.x

So i wann know if i can extract the rss hub from a different rom?>

You should consider putting together your own custom rom. It's not that difficult, and there is plenty of help available.
