AHHH! Help?!?!?!OMG!PLEASE!

I downloaded and ran a "hotfix" from the HTC website. The Hotfix was for the skipping audio playback. Ran the file, it said restart and now my phone wont turn on or master reset.

Welcome to the site.

Can you trigger bootloader?

1. Press and hold Volume Down
2. Press and hold The Power button
3. You should hopefully come to a tri-color screen with some text on it

If you can get there, you can reflash your ROM of choice. You may want to stick with the stock Bell ROM, which you can find in the Upgrades section. There are countless other ROM's that are MUCH MUCH better.

Hopefully that gets on the right track.

I'm afraid you were at the international site, instead of the US site. Looks like you d/l a file meant for a GSM device rather than CDMA. In the future, here's where you want to go ...
