Where is Windows Live Messenger in Juicy's rom?

i have been using Juicy's room for a while and i am 100% sure i have used Live Messenger before

but yesterday, i was on the road... and... i couldn't find that in my start menu....

hm.. just curious if i have missed something trivial or not?
