Selling Touch Diamond on Craigslist, Anything I need to do about ESN?

I just terminated my Sprint service and when I make call it says I need to set up a new account. I'm meeting someone tomorrow morning to sell it to from craigslist. Is there anything I need to do besides restore stock ROM?
