Diamond Gone from Sprint's Site

FINALLY, good news there is a rumor about a
Sprint bringing on A9292 WiMAX phone from HTC?

that's what i'm talking about SPRINT, they were just to quiet about everything, i dont care if it is android or windows; I'm loving this.

this looks interesting. I mean I was shocked to see them stay so quiet last week during the ces but maybe they are going to do something after all.

I think they are just waiting to release something after the Droid hype and the AT&T battle settles down a bit which would be very smart.

Well I just ordered the TP2. Should be here in a few days. I got it for $199 with my corporate discount. Also sprint is buying back the Diamond for $64. So all in all $135. Not too bad. This will be my final upgrade until windows 7 releases. I'll miss all the diamond guys that helped me. Thanks guys. I'll still visit the diamond section every once in a while.

It would be a nice upgrade I guess, but I really want the HD2! or at very least something similiar to the Imagio. I love that big screen.

If Sprint announces the Diamon2 I'll probably upgrade to the TP2. If they announce the HD2 or Imagio, I'm all over it. Can't wait to find out.

well who knows what exactly Sprint "may" be getting, they talk alot out of their @ss, so until I see a diamond replacement, I'm not convinced it's coming....

if one comes, we may even be surprised by the specs....if it's a 3.2 screen, I may have to pass & wait it out more. You would think though that after delaying a replacement for so long, that it would be better than the D2 specs.....but we're talking about Sprint here, lol.

I hear you, I just ordered the TP2 because I couldn't wait any longer. If sprint does release a diamond replacement I hope it is within the next 30 days so I can exchange the TP2. My luck they will release it the day after, lol.

I think I'm going to really like the TP2 though. Really the only drawback for me is the size. The only other thing is I've never really used WM in landscape, not even Opera. With the Diamond you used WM in portrait. I'll have to get used to using the TP2 in landscape. I should have it any day now, so I'll update my opinion of it coming from the diamond. Maybe it'll help some people out who are waivering on the decision to upgrade from Diamond to TP2.

I came very close to getting the TP2....I bought one for my wife, and ended up getting it for $199. Really when I put the TP2 & Diamond next to each other, the TP2 is not a whole lot bigger, but I still would rather keep in as slim as possible, though I know the keyboard would come in handy from time to time.

At the bear minimum I thought that we would at least have the imagio on sprint after CES. So I figured that's what I would go buy...and we still don't have it.
