So Long, and Thanks for All of the Fish: Moving on to the HTC Hero
Well, after lots and lots of research, I've decided to leave the Windows Mobile/Windows Phone realm and head out to the New Frontier of Android. I picked up an HTC Hero off-contract for under $300 shipped and I'm going to give it a go. I've been a WinMo user since my Audiovox Thera back in 2004, and it's been a fun, if not frustrating at times ride.
I want to thank all of those who helped me in providing support back when I was a newbie, and in the last year, when I was releasing Blue ROM and Red ROM. Folks like Calkulin, OMJ, Juicy, Indagroove, MightyMike, JMZ, tobeychris, riley, and the old-school guys long gone like 6700 Yuma, Luv2Chill, DHarvey, Colonel. I'm sure I'm leaving off dozens more, and my apologies to them or doing do. I had always hoped to get back into ROM development, and I think the Android platform may be a way to do something similar while going a totally different. I look forward to seeing some of you on the "other side". BTW- I'll still support the bootup thread in my sig for as long as there's interest. I don't wanna leave anyone hanging!

Thanks for the words of encouragement! Your early support of my work pushed me to continue to develop my ROMs and my knowledge. Hopefully, we'll work together again someday!
