HTC AThena downgrade michy's wm 6.1 to 6.0 official rom?

I ask sorry for my bad english, im Portuguse !Im also a newbie so i got an HTC AThena and i want to downgrade michy's wm 6.1 to 6.0 official rom! does anyone have patience to explain me step by step what i got to do?
