Questions when getting replacement for the Arrive

u can change the ID by default in the Zune settings right now it'll probably say something like HTC T7575 u can change this to HTC Arrive or whatever u want for that matter.

ok sweet, i was thinking it was pulling it from the device itself like a unique serial id or something. Thanks again for all your help...you guys are always the best!
