Can't get this info right now?
Can't get this info right now. Check back in a little while.
This is the message I get when trying to purchase Apps on my Arrive. When i try to purchase from Zune on the PC i get "Unknown error encountered" It's been about 12 days and several calls to Microsoft have not fixed it. Any one have this problem? |

12 days? wow I know there was a marketplace outage a few days ago but its over now. are u sure that ur using the same live account that's tied to ur Zune ID and such? may also even have to hard reset and then uninstall/reinstall Zune.

Edit: I didn't read that it was happening also on the PC, is your account banned? they banned my account because they charged an expired card for some of my purchases and I kept getting an error when I tried to buy things I had to switch my method of payment before my account was allowed to purchase things agin...check your e-mail to see If anything has gone wrong with previous purchases also are you able to buy free things? |

I also was unable to buy certain apps from the marketplace/zune. Never figured it out, it was my first time attempting to buy a paid app. First thing to check is your live/ Hotmail id and making sure CC is connected to it. |
