There are still no Skype, no Multi Chat program like Trillian, no non-data GPS program and no Opera browser for WP7. Why you all in a hurry to get it?

HERE's a multi IM program for wp7. and who cares about opera since the stock IE is really good and going to get even better with IE9 which is the best PC browser so far

Stopped by the sprint store today, asked them would they have any phones tommorow. The guy said so far there has been little interest in the phone so he says he is quite sure they will have some tommorow. I want a new phone real bad but for some reason I just cant get excited about this phone. Maybe I will when its in my hands tommorow checking it out. If I like it I will give it a go, I guess I will have 30 days to return it.

I went to the Sprint store just now and play the Arrive.

It is just a hair thinner and a hair bigger than my TP2. Basically I was hoping for a much thinner replacement. It is not.

For me, the disadvantage is posted on my post #71 and the side phone charging and no world phone and the only advantage is a captive screen and a faster processor.

Overall, I am in no hurry to get this phone and I am somewhat disappointed.

Well its also double the ram and double the rom, which makes a bit of a difference as well.

I just ordered through amazon wireless because they offer free 2 day shipping, 150 price with no mail in rebate and no 18 dollar activation fee that others like wirefly.com, radioshack, and so forth are charging. My phone will be here no later that the 23rd, you cant beat that.

Got mine Saturday from Sprint store. Tried Best Buy in the Twin Cities area and according to Sprint rep not all stores will carry it. That's not good for windows phone 7.

The good news for me is that I have both windows and evo shift and they use the same batteries.

hey thats right the arrive uses the same as the tp2, so i got an extra battery, in a way...... but the battery seems really good in the arrive. just hate the mini usb port, feels like im gonna brake it real soon. hahaha.

can someone do me a favor and go to mobilespeedtest.com and post what you're getting? not trying to start a competition, i want to see if wp7 caches the web pages differently.
