I will try that but I dont know what you mean.. I am very naive to computer and phones.. I will research on how and let you know if it works.. thank you sooo much. at this point I just want to know if the phone works or not.

It's easy. Just run the program and do what it says. It includes radio version 1.12.

After you do this, then you can think about tweaking it with the help of this site.

Hi julie I have been working on this type of problem its not a easy one to fix so you might

want to chill on working on it for a while or you might even make it less usefull.

If I find a fix for this I will post and pm you. Also ask the person you got the phone from

if it has been upgraded at all cause if it has not it is proly a hardware failure an not

able to be fixed. Will your battery make it more than a day without a charge?

you are craigerk.. thank you . the phone is broken and the radio is fried.. Fortunately it can be repaired but I have to send it to NY. and pay $75 just to look at it and more money for parts.. I am thinking about doing it but it will be a while. thank you again

no problem, how did you realize it was broken? after trying to flash? customer support?
