I know that you can set up a cam connected to your pc to be motion activated and automatically start recording with Orb. Maybe if there was a way to use the cam on your phone as a webcam when connected that may work.

A little reading shows what SINNN was telling you was correct.


Ateksoft CoolCamera key features:

- High frame rate (up to 25 fps) and smooth video. Efficient encoding algorithm maximally utilizes your XScale processor!
- Easy camera control. All actions can be performed using hardware buttons only.
- Camera adjustment without leaving view-finder mode.
- Interval picture capturing.

By motion detection are they talking about what the OP wanted? or just a foreign way of saying "image stabilization," you know, for the shakey-handed-bastards
