Lost Address Book Match for Caller ID

I installed the clean WM6 rom and everything worked except for matching incoming calls and text messages with my address book. It would just say the phone number.

I went back to a BigJ WM5 rom that uses threaded SMS and now my text messages show the address book contact name but incoming calls still only show the phone number and don't display the name of the contact in my address book.

Also, the call history list doesn't show the name of missed calls either, just the phone number. I know these numbers match up to what is in my address book.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix?
