XV 6700 problems

ok i have a new verizon xv 6700 and it looks screwed up it says please connect a radio or something so now i have no service bars and it wont let me call any help please i came to you guys because i heard you guys knew everything

in the communtications manager is your phone turned on?

remeber this is a pocket pc with a phone. you can still have ur 6700 turned on but the cell phone turned off. holding the 'e' button on the side of the phone should take you to comm manager. or go to start/settings/connections/ wireless manager. make sure your phone is enabled.

WARNING: hard restting will erase everything on ur phone and make it like u just bought it.

if that doesnt work try hard resetting. holf both ' - ' keys next to the grean and red button, and at the same time press the stylus in the hole at the bottom of the phone on the left side (the right hole is the mic).

if that doesnt work try upgrading the phone's Radio_ROM to version 1.41 search in here youll find it. if both fail then send it back. they should take it even with out insurance.
