Wow !!! I managed to break my PPC 6700 need your advise!!!

I am so glad Its broken. I can make outbound calls, but do not receive incoming calls, do not receive alert for missed calls and voice mails. Only when I dial *2 or voice,mail does it let me know that I ahve a VM, spent 3-4 days with tech support finally thet said go to sprint store and get it replaced. Now here's where I need your help. I am working in Birmingham,Alabama during weekdays and back to Atlanta,Ga during weekend any suggestion which Sprint store should I go to for possibility of getting 6800 instead of 6700? The equipment is protected by insurance.
