Check on the computer that you used to originally load wireless sync on the device. Should be in c:\program files\Microsoft ActiveSync then a subfolder for Wireless Sync or Intellisync. Look for a CAB file for ARM processors.
You could always go to verizonwireless and re-download also.

I couldnt find it on verizon's website, and web sync didnt install anything on my PC. It wasnt in the folders you had mentioned. Verizon "pre-loads" the web sync client in the ext rom and it gets installed during the cusomtization process.

Here's as far as I got on VW: https://www.wirelesssync.vzw.com/en/logon.asp

Pre-loading of Intellisync on the 6700 is news to me. I never saw it.

Its in the ext rom.... the name of the cab is: VZWProvision.PPC400_2577MTM.CAB

Goto this site: http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/ppc-6...breakdown.html

that has alot of the verizon ext rom cabs. Verizon installs the Wireless Web Sync client during the "customization" process after a hard reset.

that is the login page for the web interface. I have used that numerous times. there is no place to download the cabs. I just pulled them from the ext rom after i found the list.
