Nah I was just curious because I've had a few people offer to pay me to install it on their phone because they're not exactly computer savvy. (Mind you I didn't do it, mostly because it's kinda dodgy, plus it's still experimental at this stage and I don't want to foul things up for them.)

Selling your services to install an OS/rom is not an issue at all, I wouldn't think. It's just seeing somebody profit from Helmi's long difficult labor is absolutely unacceptable. You are not selling his software as your own, which is the issue at hand here.

Unless that listing has been changed since you posted the link, there is nothing wrong with that. They are selling an Apache that's been upgraded to WM6 already.

The other guy was selling a CD with the WM6 upgrade on it. That is what we're trying to stop.
