can someone try using the camera program to save pictures to a 4GB memory card? Also I'd like to know if it goes corrupt after a few weeks.


I've ALWAYS been able to use Fat16 formated 4GB cards on my 6700. But the camera program won't write to them and they go corrupt after about 2 weeks if I run programs off them. In addition, the real test is to see if we can get 6 and 8GB cards to work on this thing. I can already do 4GBs.

Yeah, someone send me a 8GB SDHC to test :D

Which is better? and works with the 6700?

i only have 4gb microSDHC with adapter. We have inventory for the 6GB microSDHC on order, so as soon as we receive I'll grab one of those...

Yeah, I held off on changing that until we got a few confirmations. I'm actually a little uneasy having changed it for the fear people plunge in and buy only to find issues later on. I've read in some other forums that upgrading the firmware on an Asus device to support SDHC interfered with some of the GPS programs they use. Also, has anyone actually tried it with a miniSDHC card yet?

Numanracing is using a microSDHC with minisd adapter. What kind of Transcend SDHC card are you using Manny? I'm sure if it works with microSDHC it should work with miniSDHC but it's always good to confirm.

Actually, considering you have confirmations of this working here and at XDA, you should edit your first post and add Karmashock's post into yours as a quote and let people know that is how to make it work. Just suggesting!
