Picture Mail Not Working!!!

I know I am not the only one out there having this problem. I have seen other people saying this on here and a customer of mine is also having the same issue. I have done some looking around and have not been able to find the answer. My picturemail had been working perfectly up till a week or two ago and now everytime I try to send one I get..."Message Delivery Failed. Or Message Receipt Failed." Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
