I've seen this a lot. The site wants you to enter your ActiveSync ID (also known as Device ID). I have had to enter it to buy a few things from Handango.

Start/Settings/System/About/Device ID (or just get it from your ActiveSync...it's the profile name).

I have seen handango ask for the device ID, and it clearly states the device owner, but no mater what I put in the form on pocketgear.com, it wouldn't take it... and googling the term seems to point so a Palm specific term
