Guys Please Help Me With My Sprint Ppc 6700 :(

hey guys my name is jessica and i just got a new sprint ppc 6700 yea the old ones for sprint with windows mobile 5 , well my problem is that i wanted to upgrade it somehow and now im stuck on the bootloader mode and i even tried to hard reset the phone by pressing the soft keys and then poking the reset thingy when i do that the screen gets white and it says to restore to factory mode .... press Y and when i press Y nothing happens only when i press SPACE it gets back to black screen where it says SERIAL and at the bottom says v2.02 and i been trying to hard reset it for the past 5 hours i even asked my brother to help me but he wont help me ;/ i dont know what to do im stuck in this bootloader mode PLEASE HELP ME IM SO FRUSTRADED
any ideas on what i need to do
