Delete all files in Extended Rom in kitchen 3.5 R104

Hi all,

Just want to know if it's safe to delete all files (mostly cabs) in Extended Rom of Helmi_C kitchen 3.5 R140 ?

Since we didn't need those files anymore and by deleting those files we can gain more free space for program installation, etc.
