XV6700 Time and Date won't save

So I cooked my own ROM using the latest 3.5 Kitchen and everything is working great. Removed powerpoint, enroller, and a bunch of other crap that was just taking space for me (themes, ringtones, etc.)

SO, one problem.. Everytime I soft reset my phone it starts up with a Date of Feb. 1 2006 and 12:00am???

no matter how I change it, it always reverts back to that time/date upon reset.

Any ideas? my rom is perfect except this one flaw? I'm assuming it is a registry something or another but where??

Any help would be much appreciated.

Just take the old nk.fat out of either the 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 kitchen and replace the one in 1.0.3

Also, the new kitchen 1.0.4 will already have this resolved.
