What radio version do i need?

There are two things, if it reads NONE in red, your device is bad. Hardware failure. Time for new phone. If it is just blank, try to change the PRL or flash new radio.

It is blank, problem is i don't know what version i should be using or where o find it. I am using a Vista machine, should i be using XP?

You can use 1.41 or 1.43. Try changing the PRL first. You can use Vista or XP...

with rom i am running of yours i cant get in and change stuff like that. ##778 does nothing but try to dial out. How do i get in there?

Please search man... There are threads on stuff like that. Do ##778# the majoryity of custom ROMs need a # at the end.
