Get your SPC/MSL without calling Sprint or messing w/QPST!!

Okay, I keep getting asked about this.

I didn't make this program and I don't take any credit for it, which is why I'm linking to the original post instead of to the download itself.

http://www.ppcgeeks.com/help-unlocki...,60.html#66905

It was a program that HTC originally released on the Titan update. Its essentially a keygen that calculates what the SPC/MSL should be from the hexadecimal ESN.

It was turned into a program that dumps the SPC/MSL and then ported also to run on WM5.

It only works on HTC devices but it gives you your code in no time.

Enter it in all caps to get the correct code.

I can definitely confirm that this works, just got my MSL and tested.

Thanks isosdcftp!!

Noooiiicceee! As soon as I get my new 6700 I'm totally upgrading the PRL myself...

Ive had to go as far as having a friend of mine call a contact of his in a denver sprint store just to force a prl update, Thanks to *2 being no help at all for that one...

EtherealRemnant 07-25-2007 04:21 AM

Updating to the latest PRL was exactly the reason why I wanted my code...

I got pissed off after calling *2, waiting 20 minutes, hearing "thank you for calli... *click*" and then calling back and being told my wait would exceed 30 minutes...

Its way easy.

Get the new PRL here: http://www.corolada.com/prl/

Save it on your phone.

Then type ##778# into your phone, click edit, go to the PRL menu... its pretty easy to figure out from there.
