Kitchen Question

I just had a quick question about using kitchens. I have a kitchen for WM6 but for some reason it doesnt let me log in anymore, so i noticed there are some updated kitchens. Thing is, is i cant figure out where to download Helmi's 6.1 kitchen, and then how to get it to run exactly. I know you are supposed to extract the files to a place, but i cant seem to figure out what pass that i am to open up to get started with the kitchens features.

I was just wondering if someone could briefly run me through the process again.
