Can I get Back to Bootloader 1.00??

I totally screwed the pooch on this one - I did the stock upgrade to the latest and greatest Verzion Official ROM and in my haste to try out something new - totally forgot about it screwing up the Bootloader to 1.04. Now everything works fine, but now I cannot got back to any of my favorites.

I did a search of the forums, and I only found posts on systems hanging in the bootloader, but nothing about restoring the bootloader to a previous version. Can this be done easily?

Any input would be appreciated - thanks in advance.
