Does anyone know if there is a software for the ppc out there that can edit your pics and resize them to the today screen?

there are several apps. I personally use pocket artist. kinda like photoshop but for ppc. a google search should bring up several apps. that's how I found mine.

Check out XnView Pocket and PocketPicture. Both are very good apps. Different purposes, but both very good at what they do.

You can find lots of picture editing software applications on the web which are reliable to use and edit your pictures as per your choice. Generally photoshop is the best image editing tool because it has lots of creative tools which makes your image more attractive.
