can i send ringers off my 6700 via bluetooth to another phone. i know how to do it with other phones. have not yet figured it out with the 6700. if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

I don't think there's any native applications in the 6700 for p2p connections over bluetooth and that I know of nothing has been made for it yet. I might be wrong. I'll see if I find anything that does.

EDIT: I know it is possible through IRDA, although Infrared has very crappy bandwidth (12kbps I believe). However, that is native on the phone. It should be in your Programs menu.

thanks, i just made a lot ringers and put them on my phone and my wife wanted a few. but she has the pink l6 no ir. just blue tooth. i think ill just get a blutooth adapter and be done with it. but thanks

yea u can do it. tap and hold the ringer and select beam file. make sure bluetooth is on

my phone doesnt come up with a bluetooth option it just straight to searching with ir?

if bluetooth is on it should search ir and bluetooth bringing up available options.

nevermind. my apologies to bunny. i forgot to turn on my wifes bluetooth.....im so stuuppiidd!!
