It looks like HTC is offering a $300! rebate now on their 6700 instead of the older $150... Seems like they really wanna sell out all of these phones...

no....how about break your existing 6700 be upgraded to a mogul for free (God knows I'm trying!! LMAO, we just gotta get these geniouses like helmi, colonel, luv2chill,wideawake, etc. a mogul so they can start plugging away on roms and rom kitchens)

I believe Wideawake does have a Mogul already. The others definitely need one though.

i can wait. my 6700 is too good right now for me to worry about upgrading ... or in other words downgrading to a mogul. I'll be ready to get a mogul when we have more pros working on the roms for the mogul.

Apparently you can disable one of the NAI's on the Mongul too - so again we can teather .... hehehe

Well, now it seems that the Apache is off the sprint website, at least on the retail sale side.
however, i just this weekend exercised my Ausurion plan and pd $50 for a refurb. My guess is they're pulling all their stock for warranty replacements.

Very well could be whats goin on, Because it seems like HTC is wanting to EOL the device themselves, Which would explain why sprint is attempting to stockpile whatever they can... (Or they could have already ran out of new ones and now only have refurbs)
