Hard reset aint gonna do it. Are you on Windows Vista? If so try my guide on what do if you have v2.02 bootloader. I am sure this will work for you, my device is bootloader v2.02... keep trying, you'll get it.

the clean wm6 rom works.so it must be something with this rom sorry to inform you

It's not the ROM. It's the RUU. Let me try and use the RUU from Rob's ROM...
