So is it possible to install this ROM (for Bell Mobility) on our Sprint 6700 straight out of the box?? And would it work correctly??

luv2chill, how do have the info that you do? Have you tested it on your Sprint or Verizon 6700 or do you have Bell Mobility?

yes, you can flash the nk.nbf from the upgrade. luv is testing the radio rom now. However, it is quite boring aside from the things luv mentioned. So, unless you are really bored, you might want to wait till more testing is done.

Sounds good...I am somewhat dying of boredom...so I may give it a try. I mean, it has to be better than factory AKU 2.0.

Has anybody tried flashing the radio?
FYI:
I spoke to UStarcom, they said they would be coming out with and aku for sprint in about a month.(to address bluetooth issues) They also mentioned that if they do upgrade us to WM6, it would probably happen around September.

OK GUYS HEADS UP!!!

Do NOT flash this entire package! Specifically there are two files in the RUU Tools\Apache\WWE folder called:

bl_g3.nbf
bl_g4.nbf

These are updates to the bootloader (to version 2.04). From preliminary testing this version of the bootloader will not function properly with older ROMs... end result meaning that once you flash this ROM you are stuck with it.

I'm sure we will figure out a way to revert the bootloader but until then you will not be able to go back to the kitchen based or carrier ROMs for the Apache.

So if you want to flash this ROM, make sure you delete these files first.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
