Just for anyone else who's not sure, yes, this will hard reset your device, so back your stuff up.

Is this a new upgrade?

My phone says it already has 1.27.00

Is this a more recent version with the same version number?

My phone has Saridnours’ AKU 3.5+ Rom. Current 3/28 v3.5pr6

Does this already include the same radio rom?

Thanks...Brad

I'm not sure whether this radio comes in the ROM you are using or if you previously had it, but if you already have 1.27, then there's no need to update!

are you guys verizon 6700 users or Sprint? Has anyone with Verizon tested this out?

This also works with Verizon. The installer is located here:

1.27 was released late last year. This 1.27 is exactly the same radio ROM (I did a binary file compare - they are identical).

Nothing new has been released in the last 8 months.

I just don't get the buzz about "a new radio ROM". Understandable if people didn't update last year and/or didn't know about this - but it is NOT new. [this is not directed at you Brad]

No this wil not erase your phone as you do not need to HARD RESET your phone to use the radio. Simply soft reset
