Phone freezes ?

So my friend bought a 6700 on ebay and i am trying to help him out with it. The phone keeps freezeing after being left alone for about 15 min or so. its is running the original verizon rom and I have done a hard rest and it still does it. any suggestions i dont want to flash if i am gonig to have to tell him to send it back. thanks in advance

Well why not try flashing it first with a custom ROM becaore telling him to send it back so you can see it that rectifies the issue. Thats mainly why we all went away from OEM ROMs. I promise you will like the device much more afterwards.

if i could find the verizon stock rom i would that way he cant say it was the software that screwed it up lol

There are plenty of stock ROM's around here. Check out jabu's thread "need your OEM ROM?"

Ok thanks guys I finally found them I was just basily wanting to check and see if there was a know issue with them or anything like that ill try flashing to 6.1 and see what that does thanks
