How to take a screenshot?

I've seen many ppl post a screenshot of their 6700's screen, how is that done or are they using a digital camera then croping?

Dinar Handymenu does this. I know you can download a trial version of the program and use it several times.

thanks for the reply......I found another app (free), it's kinda slick, it passes the video from your ppc to your pc, but I did not find the option to save the capture, so I had to use another app to do the capturing (snagit).
It has some other cool features too.
