Trident, I just downloaded the HTC home today plugin and the HTC audio manager CABs. both installs say they were meant for a "previous" version of windows (wm6?). After install nothing new was on the today screen or in today screen options. Even after a restart for good measure. Uninstalled... people over at XDA sound unimpressed anyways.
Now the audio manager is SWEET. started it up the first time and it took like 3 seconds to locate all of my music. However, I am as always forced to stick with an old TCPMP version for its last.fm support :/ anyone else have luck with the today plugin? edit: the audio manager sounds like its going to make the next kitchen release... currently, there is also an OEM for an 'HTC Home Plugin'... is this the same thing?

Yep audio manager works fine. I also played with the home plug on a wizard. it is kinda cool. one real drawback that I see is that it takes up half of the today screen. However, I think that once it is out and people start skinning it, it should be pretty cool.

Hmm.. I copied the folder to my storage card and when I run the .exe, it says that its not signed with a trusted certificate, or a component cannot be found..
anyone else get this? |
