I know but they are 'mean' to me too. This idiot manager tagged my account saying "Customer did not buy phone from us". That was when I had my 6700. Now when I call the southern reps like to ask "Well where did you get a 6800 from"? So it all equals out. I am going to cancel my service so that I can have all the notes and garbage removed. I'l either switch or go back within 3 months.
