I don't mean to sound like a ****, but phonejunkie your responses are pretty vauge and I am trying to ask my questions clearly. You said once the 15 days is up I can't change my plan but I have not activated the xv6700 yet. So I am wondering when I activate the phone, if I have a new 15 day period.

My quote from above, "You can't. You have to do it within 15 days of activation of a new phone from purchased from them."
I am not talking about your 6700 obviously. I am talking about your other phone which you bought from them and got insurance on. |
