Why don't I have a ringtones folder?

Ok, so I keep hearing about this Windows/Rings folder but why don't I have one? I tried making one but it still doesn't work for my ringers. I can't even find my Windows folder. I just assumed that random / folder was it.

Because in Vista... it doesn't allow you to see the windows locations. I haven't tried playing with it in vista enough. but I'm sure there is a way around it. Vista just instantly puts you in the documents folder area. the folder up from that is My Device and you can select Windows and then Rings.

I dont screw with vista any more because bugs get me really upset, so I just have x64 installed at this point.

Actually, from looking at your screen shot... see where it says Marcus's Smartphone next to that it has an arrow and a / and then another arrow. try clicking the / to go to that...

From my eperience Vista's Mobile Device Manager it is restricting the Devices critical system information. I have not found it yet, but I believe that it may be a registry thing, or since we are still using WM5, some of these bugs and problems with Vista may go away with the WM6 devices, since they are designed around vista. I will keep posting as to what I find.
