Re: Need help flashing
You are not a poor excuse of a phone geek.. The fact you want to upgrade your Apache makes you know more about your phone then most of the people who own one.. I would check out this thread below... It is a tutorial on how to upgrade your ROM..

Re: Need help flashing
quick question, I install BuildOS and ran and downloaded all updates, am I suppose to extract the .rar files, if so where? sorry for my stupidity

Re: Need help flashing
no extraction necessary. The kitchen will do that as it builds. Just make sure they are all in the kitchens folder of buildos.

Re: Need help flashing
thanks alot, I tried it with a previous version of buildos and it worked great. I now have wm 6.1 and M2D!!! I don't know why I waited so long to try. Thanks everyone for the help

Re: Need help flashing
How is M2D working out? Is it slowing things up a bit? Take a look at my post here for some performance improvement suggestions: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=45329

Re: Need help flashing
6.1 itself seemed slow at first after flashing, but then after putting on M2D it seemed okay. And now that more time has p***** it seems to be faster than MS when I had wm5
