bigger better badder battery Q

LOL @ the tongue twister!

Anyway.....does anyone know of a stock size battery but with a larger mAh capacity? Im dont want any damn generic japanese cell crap but something of quality. If such a thing exist, lemme know. I have extended batteries but dont use them any longer due to my case and thus the reason for STOCK OEM size batts.

Yeah. I use a Mugen Power battery I bought at LION Battery. It is the stock size, but is 1500mAh, rather than the standard 1200 (or is it 1300, I can't remember).

I've found it to be rather good. It has the metal plate on the back just like the stock battery. I believe that is used to supplement the antenna.

There you go. So the one I referred to has only slightly more juice (about 10%). But that's better than 0%. It's also better than the 1100 mAH battery I saw elsewhere.

You can get a couple OEM batteries off ebay for under $20 shipped. Toss one in your bag/breifcase and you're all set. with 2700mah of goodness - and you can rotate em for longer life to boot

Like I was saying, I dont want a cheap quality battery made with generic Japanense cells. I have dealt with these in the past with other phones and they usually dont hold a charge well. There is an old cliche` thats says 'you get what you pay for'. THX though.

Someone else did relay another option that I think I will exercise so I really appreciate everyones input. THX guys (and gals)
