That is weatherpanel with the default theme.

There is a goo thread in the Application forum about weatherpanel check it out.

Adding to a ROM
 
This can be added into a cooked ROM, saving a bit of RAM, by adding it to the Kitchen's "\WM5 AKU3.5\OEM\gwes.exe.0409.mui" folder

simple, grab the icon from vista, resize if necesarry (32x32) grab the gwes posted here... edit/replace the gwes bmp resource with Restorator resource editor...done.. it only take minute or two...

FYI... windows root is '/windows' NOT '/' in case that confused anyone else

I guess I never really paid the spinning thing much mind; after installing this new one, I keep thinking it looks a lot like the one I over-wrote. Either that or I just dont remember what the previous one looked like.
