No radio on apache...

Can someone please help me out on this?
i bought a phone on ebay and well now that i got it,
IT does NOT have a radio!

where can i find a radio thats compatible for it?
my device is running a cricket windows mobile 6.1 rom i think.
but i cant find a compatible radio to flash to it,
i already tried 1.43 which is over at xda's but it just wont load it.
i tried the upgrade, i also tried taking the nbh file and putting it on the windows Rom i have and reflash the device but it wont flash the radio to it and it just tells me to rest the device and try again...

so now what do i do? any help will be much appreciated.

Did it have a radio installed BEFORE you made any changes to it? Almost every issue I have seen with the 67 and radios is a hardware failure and so once it fails there is no getting it back. So I wannt make sure you didnt get duped on ebay or if you are trying to flash it for Cricket and possibly just do not have the radio installed.

Also, another way to rule out a non-working radio, install a known working ROM from Verizon from here Unzip the downloaded folder and run the exe file. If you can get some bars, connect to a tower, etc., there's a chance the radio may be working.

Just a thought.

Here's some more you can try but Weed's probably right with the hardware issue:

If you power on the phone and it doesn't give a radio version number, then your hardware is burnt out and it's time for a different phone.

When i got it it did not have a Radio on it. and i did not notice it..
so i flashed it over with a cricket Rom..

I guess i will try flashing it with a rom that has a radio but if it does'nt work then that means its burned out?

Yep, if tere is no radio then your hardware took a poop. Time to find another phone.

Go back and make sure the sellers listing is accurate and he should be telling you that it is good for a PDA only. If he is selling it as working and no issues then email him and ask for a refund. If declined then file a claim either through Ebay or PP.
